Usage rights and restrictions

NON-COMMERCIAL USE:
- Social media: You may post the artwork on your social media accounts, provided you give proper credit to the artist, ideally with a link to their portfolio or website.
- Personal use: The artwork can be used as a gift, printed for personal use, or displayed in personal spaces.
- Privacy: You may request to keep the commission private, and the artist will respect your preference.
- Restrictions: The artwork cannot be used in any way that would generate profit or be included in any commercial endeavors. Redistribution, reproduction, or adaptation of the artwork for resale is not permitted.COMMERCIAL USE:
- Selling goods: You have the right to produce and sell merchandise (e.g., prints, keychains) featuring the artwork, or integrate it into commercial products.
- Usage Disclosure: You must inform the artist about the specific commercial products or services in which the artwork will be used.
- Resale restrictions: You cannot resell the original artwork or its digital files to another person for a higher price. Licensing for resale or commercial purposes must be agreed upon separately.
- Copyright and Credit: The copyright remains with the artist. Always provide appropriate credit when using the artwork in commercial contexts. The artist’s name should be included in any public display or promotional material related to the artwork.
- Contractual agreement: Contact the artist to establish an agreement for commercial usage. This may include specific terms regarding the scope, duration, and any additional fees related to commercial rights.

check-in & deadline

- The work will be checked at least 2 times before the final artwork: during the Sketch stage, and Line & Base stage.
- Please provide feedback within two days after I send you the progress-checking pic. The deadline may be extended if feedback is delayed.
- In case of any unexpected problems that affect progress, you will be notified at least a week before the final deadline, and we may set a new extended deadline. The deadline can only be extended once.
- If I do not request an extended deadline and delay the work, I will compensate you with 50% of the artwork's value and continue working on it.
- If I cancel your commission within 3 days before the deadline, I will compensate with a refund of 120% of the artwork's value.
- If you wish to cancel the order after receiving the sketch, please pay 20% of the booked order's price.
- If you wish to cancel the order after line & base stage, please pay 50% of the booked order's price.

Payment

- I accept payments via Vietnamese bank transfer, MoMo wallet (VND only), and PayPal.
- Please send 50% of the payment upon confirming your slot and the remaining balance within 3 days after receiving the sketch.
- If payment is delayed without prior notice, I may temporarily delay the commission.
- The final artwork will be sent within 1 to 2 weeks after the sketch is completed, depending on the agreed date, provided that full payment has been received.---OTHER PRINCIPLES:- I always respect you, and I hope to receive the same respect in return.
- If you post the commission on social media, please include proper credit.
- I often post my artwork (with crops/watermarks) online. Let me know if you prefer the commission to remain private.
